About Cultivate
Cultivate is a Bronx-based nonprofit dedicated to uplifting communities through transformative events and experiences that foster personal growth, connection, and empowerment. Our flagship program is a 6-week fellowship designed to equip young women with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to thrive.
By bringing together expert facilitators, community partners, and peer support, we create a space where young women can explore their potential, build meaningful relationships, and take action toward their goals.

Community & Partnerships
Cultivate's inaugural fellowship cohort is in partnership with Salud Mía, a trusted community health organization serving the Bronx.

Salud Mía Partnership
Salud Mía is a community-based organization dedicated to providing culturally relevant, accessible health information that supports the wellbeing of Bronx residents. Their team brings expertise in community health, health equity, and culturally responsive programming.
In this partnership, Salud Mía fellows receive specialized training in trauma-informed engagement, vaccine hesitancy support, civic engagement, community health advocacy, and conflict de-escalation. Fellows will earn a certificate from the NYC Health Department and gain hands-on experience combatting health misinformation in their communities.
